Nokia hires Gregory Lee (former Samsung CEO) as the President of Nokia Technologies in the US


In the USA Nokia has hired a new top executive named  Gregory Lee who was the former Samsung CEO in this country. However, the vastly experienced executive Lee will now work for Nokia in California as the President of Nokia Technologies in the USA and will be reporting directly to the Rajeev Suri who is the current President and the CEO of Nokia.

A glance about Lee

As a product development, sales, and strategic manager Gregory Lee has a vast work experience with numerous world class companies like Johnson & Johnson, Kellogg’s, and Procter & Gamble. And besides that, during the last 13 years, Lee had been working with Samsung in various sectors including the recent project of Samsung’s virtual reality and digital health industries in the USA.
Regarding the new appointment, Lee is very happy about his position in Nokia and he said “I am excited by the opportunity to lead Nokia Technologies. The… team has produced innovative products and solutions in dynamic, high growth segments of the consumer technology market, and I am honored to be in a position to help build on this success in the future.”

On the other hand, Rajeev Suri, the CEO of the company, is also very optimistic about the new leader who he things wiil bring a new fortune for Nokia. Suri said in an aphorism that “We’ve chosen the right leader to take Nokia Technologies forward at a time of renewed excitement about the Nokia brand around the world.”
